Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  • Melt the butter.
  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix for a few minutes until completely mixed.
  • Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add batter to frying pan, cooking on low-med heat until the top starts to bubble. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
