Lemon Brownies with Lemon Glaze

Lemon Brownies

Ingredients

For the Brownies

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Brownies

  • Beat together the butter, eggs and sugar, for a few minutes.
  • Add in your flour and lemon juice.
  • Pour into an 8 X 8 pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 23-25 minutes. Until a toothpick comes out clean.

Glaze

  • Once the brownies have cooled mix together the lemon juice and powdered sugar to create your glaze and pour over your brownies.
