This delicious donair spice mix is probably our favorite spice mix. We have been making it for a number of years, starting when we lived out west and could not find a good donair. You have to matters into your own hands right? And make your own.

This donair spice mix is just what you need in when you want to make donair anything. We use it for donair pizza, donair burgers, or donair calzones, or whatever we think up.
What you need:
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
How to Make Donair Spice Mix
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. It’s the simplest thing to make. And it packs the biggest punch!
Once you mix it up you can add it to whatever you are making – cooked or uncooked ground beef depending on the recipe.
