I can create chicken meals in no time, I have no problem throwing something on it and making it great. Ground beef however tends to eludes me, but not my Hubby, enter his Asian ground beef recipe.

While hubby can make something like this, I tend to go back to my fall backs like Korean Beef, or a burrito skillet, things I know are going to taste great.

This Asian Ground Beef is really easy to make, plus on the bonus side, it can be ready in 30 minutes! My favorite kind of meals, even if hubby is making them.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain and set aside.

Add the peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. Season with parsley, red pepper, and salt. Cook and stir until tender.

Return the beef to the skillet. In a small bowl, mix together the beef stock, soy sauce, maple syrup, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook until heated through and sauce comes to a boil.

Combine water and cornstarch and add to skillet. Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.
