We also have these delicious peanut butter oatmeal cookies, super simple to make, and I just can’t get enough of them.

I only have pictures of these oatmeal cookies end product, sorry. I hadn’t made these in a long time and forgot just how good they really are. As soon as I bit into one, I had to snap a couple of pictures and share them with you here. The apple sauce and the sugar give them amazing flavor.

These cookies don’t spread while they are cooking, so you don’t have to worry about spacing them far apart. I like to make mine two bite-size.

Perfect for grabbing as you walk by… and perfect for sneaking past your kids. You know when you have to shove the whole thing in your mouth and still talk about it to hide it from your kids. You know what I am talking about.

The size you make them will affect how long they cook for. Cook until the bottoms are golden.

I love my silicone baking sheets with my cookies, easy clean up, and I don’t have to worry about cookies sticking to the pan.

These oatmeal cookies don’t crumble like some others. You can easily send these to school in your child’s lunch box and they won’t be eating cookies crumbs but an actual cookie.
