As a bonus, this skillet can be ready in 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy nights when you’re rushing to get supper on the table.

Tasty, filling, and, the mommy in me is happy that there are vegetables, and you could easily add more variety. It is really simple. I can’t say that enough here, it’s a rather important point for me.

What You Need:

How to make Skillet Mac & Beef

Simply boil your pasta. Brown (cook) your ground beef, with your choice of vegetables. I used diced onion, minced garlic, and mixed bell peppers.

Later I thought about maybe adding some diced carrots, perhaps some corn, basically I think you could add most vegetables to this recipe.

Once the ground beef is cooked through, drain the fat of it. Add the pasta, cream of soup, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup to the pan.

I use cream of soup alternative instead of a can of soup mix. Using this I never run out of it, and don’t have to worry about buying more all the time.

Now, that you have everything in your skillet, mix it together and heat through. Then serve.

We have switched to using stainless steel pots and pans. After a short adjustment period, we love them and can’t believe we put off buying these for so long.

This is the exact set we bought and love. Though at some point I would like to buy a larger pan, just because our family is growing up and those kids are eating so much more! But seriously, a great set, we use Barkeepers Friend to keep them looking great, and it takes care of anything that gets stuck on.
