I cannot believe that it has been seven years since I met Hubby. Then again, I cannot believe its been only seven years since I met Hubby. At times it seems like we just met yesterday and at other times it seems like we have been together forever. I know you all feel the same way about your spouse/partner, at least I hope so, you know, so I’m not alone.
We met on July 7, 2007 (7/7/07) which was suppose to be lucky? It wasn’t planned that way, just a Saturday that I wasn’t working and we could all get together. It was a blind date. Meeting at a mutual friends house before heading out to play pool. By the way, I don’t play pool, at all. I hadn’t played in a couple years, and I haven’t played since. After playing pool, we all went back to the friends for a few hours. It was late by the time we all headed home.
We had hit it off, and here we are seven years and thee kids later.
It will be six years later this month, that he proposed, and wouldn’t you know my in-laws will be here right around that time. Hubby asked me the other night if there were going to be any good movies playing. To be honest, I didn’t know what to say, I don’t pay attention to what’s playing because we haven’t been to the movies in about 4 years!? Between having and raising babies and moving going to the movies definitely hasn’t been high on our to-do list.
But I know what I want to go see now.
What do you think? So funny right? I can’t wait to see it! It opens in threatres on July 18, 2014. I CAN’T WAIT!!! What a better movie for date night is there? You can check it out some more on the Facebook page.
