A had a 6 month check up with a pediatrician today, she was recommended to one due to not gaining weight and falling off the growth chart.
Today, she is still tiny, still tall, but we don’t have to go back to see the pediatrician again. Yippy!
I was terrified he was going to have her sent for more blood work, it wasn’t fun the first time, and there was no way it would have been again. Thankfully no blood work to be done.
I was told that she is very smart for her age. Instead of saying “bird” as she pointed out the window she said “I see a seagull”, then started to count them. I honestly didn’t know that was anything unusual, and I have been trained to work with and have worked with children. It’s just her.
The main thing is she’s healthy.
