Pizza Muffins - Kids Lunch Time Favorite

Ingredients
  • 2scups flour
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt, basil, thyme, garlic
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
Instructions
  1. Mix together the butter and sugar, add in the flour, baking powder, seasonings, milk, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Divide the pizza mix into well greased muffins tins.
  3. Top with half a tablespoon of pizza sauce, we use homemade, but any would work.
  4. Sprinkle the tops with a little mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees, for 20 minutes. Let cool a bit before removing from the muffin tin, and serving.
