Hi! I’m Ashley, a Forgetful Momma attempting to create and remember all the good times we have had, and maybe forget the bad, crazy times. We have been blessed with two angels: Austin and Brookland, and are due with number 3 at the end of October.

We’re originally from Nova Scotia, we recently moved from there to Saskatchewan. We put everything on the line, literally putting every last penny into the move to provide a better life for our family. Thankfully it was the best thing that we could have done.

I am currently a work at home mom, putting my Early Childhood Education to use and providing childcare in our home. Putting my education to use, earning some extra money and daily play dates for my kids.

I had started this blog just to remember the small everyday things that we were doing, and have continued to do so, as well as share recipes. We also have been fortunate enough to be able to provide product reviews and host giveaways.

Our Family

Blake, aka Hubby. He is a hardworking man, providing for our family. He loves being able to spend his time off work being with all of us, whether we are sitting around at home, going for a drive or grocery shopping. He enjoys hunting and misses it since moving from NS, and playing guitar.

Austin. Our 4 year old (March 2009) long legged beauty. Shy, quiet until she warms up, smart as a whip and so sensitive. She’s a girlie girl, wearing dresses, playing with princesses and dolls.Her current interest is doing “school work” (pre-k worksheets/books).

Brookland. 2 year old (May 2011) fireball. Brookland has us all on our toes, every waking moment. She is learning so much everyday, copying her sister’s every move … and word. We are in the middle of potty training, and a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse intervention. Yup, this little girl asks for Mickey before her eyes are open in the morning and before they close at night.

We are excitedly due with baby number 3 on October 28, 2013. On June 11th we hope to be able to find out whether we’re having a girl or boy, on depending on if baby is in the right position.
