Chocolate Chip Coconut Bars

Chocolate and coconut. Yum! These chocolate chip coconut bars may have been a little too good, they didn’t last long between my girls and me. These are great to take to a potluck, or to a playdate with friends. If you take it to a playdate you might want to make sure your kids have a lot of room to run around afterward.
