We all laughed at our mother and grandmother for crossing their legs when they laughed or sneezed. They’re old they can’t help themselves, little did we know, one natural birth later we’d be doing the same thing.
After I had Austin I made a point of doing my kegel exercises. I didn’t want to be peeing my pants every time I sneezed, I was too young for that. Then I had Brookland and I was doing my kegel exercises again. But here’s the kicker: I still pee myself.
The first time it happened I had taken the girls for a morning walk. I saw our driveway and it hit me, I had to pee. I couldn’t get them out of the stroller fast enough.
Now, three babies later my bladder is a joke. I can’t laugh or sneeze without crossing my legs.
For Easter the girls got a trampoline. I love it. Therefore I love SAM. I feel confident that I can jump all I want.
Have you seen the SAM commercials? The first time I watched I was slack jawed, wide eyed wondering what they were going on about. I laughed so hard at the end. Then the next time I saw it, I had the same thoughts all over again! It has to be my favorite commercial.
