We love cooking in our house, experimenting with new foods, flavors and recipes. I was very excited to be chosen to be part of the VH Excite Your Dinner Blog Tour. I had all the kids outside playing when my package arrived, needless to say, I opened it up outside while they danced around me hoping to see what I was so excited about.
I received some lovely white serving dishes as well as some VH Medium Garlic Rib Sauce and some VH Sweet Thai Chili, Pam and Aylmer Garlic and Olive Oil Stewed Tomatoes. I couldn’t wait to get cooking. I think when Hubby saw it he wasjust as excited!
Hubby was quick to say this was a make again meal, and to try it with chicken and steak too. I agree!
Our meal was a modified version of the Garlic Sausage and Broccoli Linguine from the VH Recipe website.
As part of this blog tour, I got the chance to pay it forward to a Canadian blogger that I enjoy readng all time, Yee Wittle Things. I think she’ll love it as much as we did.
Here’s the exciting part for you. One lucky reader will get some VH goodness of their own! YUM!
Disclosure – I am participating in the VH Excite Your Dinner blog tour by enCompass Media on behalf of Con Agra Foods. I received compensation as a thank you for participating and for sharing my honest opinion.
