All those recipes out there that call for cream of this and cream of that used to drive me crazy. Then a blog I follow fixed this all with one post. One Good Thing By Jillee wrote about a gift she received from her neighbor, Soup or Sauce Mix.
Grab a piece of paper and pen, had over and copy down this recipe. Never again do you have to find another recipe because you don’t have a can of cream of whatever.
I tired it just today, and it is great! I can’t wait to use it some more!
Very cool! I used to make some homemade cream soups to freeze, but this is SOOOO much easier!! I wrote it down!

I saw your blog on the Hop anyway I want to do this. I love cream of anything soup but I can’t eat them because I’m lactose intolerant. This is also good if you are watching your fat and cholesterol intake.
