My SUV, you know the one that left me stranded twice, is back on the road with yours truly driving it. I know I know I should have gotten rid of but this woman got tired of having no vehicle and not being able to go anywhere on her own.
Today was the first time I loaded the girls up and hit the road. I went to our local Baby and Me group with a couple girlfriends and their little baby girls. I forgot how much I liked going, getting out, talking to other moms, just being with some of my friends again, without any men!
I got home feeling better and happier. My friends and I have agreed to go each week and then to go for a walk afterwards. This makes me happy. {No, it really doesn’t take much.} So not only are the girls and I getting out and meeting new people but I’ll be walking and exercising while we spend sometime with good friends. Things are definitely looking up.
