I loved being pregnant, feeling the baby moving around, knowing that there was a little person growing inside me. I won’t lie, it wasn’t exactly a picnic, either time. The first time I had pulled a muscle in my back, OUCH! Second time, the muscle in my back was sore but not nearly as bad and no where near the pain from the heartburn that kicked my butt in the last few weeks.
I remember some of the silly little things that I thought of when first pregnant with my first. Would I be able to paint my toe nails, cut them, by the end of the pregnancy? What about shaving? I had asked Hubby (then boyfriend) if he would shave my legs if I needed him to, he was quick to say no. I guess hairy legs isn’t wasn’t an issue for him. Thankfully the first time around I was quite small so I had problems. Second time, my belly was definitely bigger.
So just picture if you will, a nine month pregnant woman determined to shave her legs or paint her toe nails bending around a big ole belly, pushing a (almost) full term baby right onto her bladder. Can you say gotta pee?
I am participating in a blogger campaign by Bucks2Blog about shaving soap and was compensated. However, the views and opinions are my own. (This post is all true about my pregnancies.)
