Around here, I can’t ask Hubby or Austin what they want for supper, only I made that mistake Sunday. But then we got a storm, a good bit of rain some 100 km/h winds and I didn’t have to make supper, we had no power. Therefore, I didn’t have to make pizza. Don’t get me wrong, I like pizza, but I don’t want it everyday.
Yesterday I had no choice had to get to it. Lots of work ahead, time to make pizza. Actually not that much work. I love some modern technologies.
My bread machine takes care of making this great dough. (Though I tend to leave out the garlic.)
We love this sauce for our pizza whether we use chicken or other pizza meats.
3/4c of ketchup
2 tbsp white vinegar
some garlic & chili powder
couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of mustard
a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 – 2 tbsp of brown sugar
Mixed all together.
I chop up some cooked chicken, onion, tomato and whatever other pizza vegetables we have on hand. Sprinkle with cheese, we like lots.
This pizza is eaten quite quickly, and I make a double patch of dough. Hubby brags about this pizza.

- 1 tbsp of mustard

*Update: This is still an all time favorite around here. Brookland has now joined the ranks with her big sister and father and is a huge pizza, or as she says “izza”, fan.
